それを用いた商品をグローカル（グローバルかつローカル）に発信していく活動です。

2013年5月にフランス•パリで開催された総合見本市フォワール•ド•パリでは、瀬戸内の無農薬のはっさくをメインに、
はっさくジャム、はっさくシャーベット、みかんをまるごと味わっているような温州みかん酒をお客さまに振る舞い、
100本完売、大盛況でした。

田舎の小さな農家から、SETOUCHIはこれからもチャレンジし続けていきます。

The Hassaku Cafe is glocal(global and local) promotional
activities for a product made from citrus fruits growing in setouchi area of Japan
selecting by SETOUCHI（https://www.setouchhassaku.com/).

In the trade show "Foire De Paris" held at Paris in May 2013,
we exhibited the organic Hassaku mainly and the Hassaku-sherbet and the 100 bottles of Satsuma
Mandarin sake which the alcohol made from Satsuma Mandarin that has a taste almost
like a real Satsuma Mandarin were all sold, with a great success.
